Hi, I'm Lauren Hirsch Williams, and I've spent over 35 years watching what really happens before the cameras roll in Hollywood.

As former Worldwide Director of Advertising at PepsiCo Frito-Lay, I worked with dozens and dozens of celebrities and helped pioneer the product placement industry in Oscar & Emmy-nominated films and TV shows. I've worked with major networks including Warner Bros Discovery, NBC, ABC, A&E, and OWN. And I’ve been behind the scenes with everyone from A-listers to newbies.

I'm a voting BAFTA member, Award-Winning Screenwriter, Bestselling International Author, and Executive Producer who's had the privilege of witnessing what really creates that magnetic star quality.
